How do I buy tickets?

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Use your credit card only through the website.
How 'bout cash or check?
Yes. Tickets may be purchased with cash or checks only at: Flowers By Candle-Lite (in the Foodtown/Rattle Snake Ranch Cafe shopping plaza, Denville, NJ - 973-625-0010).
Can I reserve tickets?
We cannot hold tickets in reserve without payment. We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance.
When a show is 'Sold Out,' is it really sold out? Can I get tickets at the door? Do you release tickets when other people don't show up?
Sorry, no to all. When a show is 'Sold Out,' it really is sold out. At the time of the performance we do not release tickets at the door and we can't respond to individual cases. Sign up for our email list here and you will get advanced notice on our performances. Get tickets well in advance; most of our shows sell out!
What does "Will Call" mean?
This means that the purchaser has paid for, but has not received their tickets and 'will call' for them. Tickets purchased online will be waiting for you at our Will Call Booth before the doors open (and after the show begins). The person who purchased the tickets (name provided to our online service) must be the person who claims the tickets (unless the tickets have been transferred - see below). We cannot release the tickets without a picture ID.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. We cannot offer a refund for inclement weather.
I bought tickets online, but now I can't come to the show. Can I get a refund then?
No, sorry, no refunds.
Okay, but can I put them in my friend's name?
